Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• - A clear unboxing photo or video is required for damaged or wrong-item claims.
• - Consumable items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank account or UPI after verification.
